HOWARD

Artist Howard Bowcott is based in North Wales, UK, and works on arts and regeneration projects throughout the UK and further afield. Over the last twenty five years he has developed a substantial reputation in the field of public art, as both designer and hands-on sculptor.  He also under-takes private commissions.
