I do have completed sculptures in my studio and garden that are for sale, but you may want to commission an artwork specific to your chosen location. The first thing is to think about your setting and your aspirations in commissioning a sculpture. Perhaps there are themes and materials that are particularly appropriate for you. You are then welcome to send me an email to howard.bowcott@btinternet.com perhaps with some photos of your intended setting.

We could then discuss your wishes and combine them with my ideas and approach as a sculptor. We can also discuss likely budget and timescale. It’s always good for me to get to know a site and the client, so if budget and logistics allow, I could visit you or you could come to see my work in North Wales.

If you commit to commissioning me to create some concepts for you, I will sketch some proposals for us to consider together.

If you wish to then proceed with the sculpture, we agree a simple contract that identifies the budget, design and timescale. Payment is usually broken down into three instalments.

Delivery and installation can be included in the budget, but sometimes clients wish to come to collect their sculpture in person and make a visit to me.
